For general volunteer opportunities, there are no specific requirements. Anyone interested in contributing to event operations in a non-teaching capacity is welcome. 

However, if you are interested in leading teaching-based activities such as public speaking camps or workshops posed on speech and debate, you must meet one of the following qualifications:

1. Experience Requirement: 

   • At least one full year of active participation in both speech and debate 

   • If you only have experience in one area (either speech or debate), you may:

     • Lead workshops exclusively in that subject area, or

     • For multi-focus events such as camps, collaborate with another instructor who has experience in the complementary area to ensure a balanced program.

2. Training Requirement: 

   • Completion of a Voice Box training course and successful passage of the associated certification exam, which ensures you are fully equipped to lead instructional events and deliver accurate/effective content.
